Personal data (Law No. 09-08)
The declaration of processing to the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP) is in progress. Its receipt number will be shown on this page once issued.
Data processed and purposes:
- Contact requests (name, email, phone, message): forwarding your request to the advertiser concerned.
- Listing submission (identity and contact details of the advertiser, property information, certificate of ownership, mandate, cadastral plan): writing the listing and verifying the land title. Supporting documents are stored in a private space; only an approved cadastral plan (without personal data) may be made public, with the advertiser's consent.
- New-listing alerts (email, search criteria inferred from your enquiries, date and wording of your consent): sending you new listings matching your search, only if you ticked the box provided for this purpose. This consent can be withdrawn at any time.
- Advertiser area (contact email of your listings, sign-in dates): letting you view and correct your listings and the enquiries received. Sign-in uses a link sent by email, with no password.
Data is accessible only to authorised Boulevart Déco personnel and to its technical processors (Netlify for hosting the site and the database, Resend for sending e-mail notifications and, for the listing assistant used with your consent, OpenAI).
You have a right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data, and can withdraw your consent to alerts at any time: contact us via contact@boulevart-deco.ma. Deletion erases your contact record and anonymises your enquiries.
Retention period: contact records (visitors and advertisers) are kept for 3 years after the last exchange with us (enquiry, sign-in to the advertiser area, listing correction or consent to alerts), then deleted; the related enquiries are then anonymised. The record of an advertiser with a listing online is kept as long as the listing is.
Listings
Listings are published under the responsibility of their advertisers. Listings submitted by advertisers are reviewed before publication. Listings taken from public sources are marked ‘pending confirmation’, credit their source and are removed within 24 hours upon simple request. The “Land title verified” label means that the certificate of ownership provided has been verified; it does not guarantee the accuracy of the other information. Report any error from the listing concerned.
Intellectual property
Photographs are credited to their authors (see Photo credits).
Cookies
The site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party audience measurement. Technical cookies are used to resume a listing submission in progress, for the advertiser area (session of 30 days at most) and for the administration area.
