Habous

The neo-Moorish new medina

Designed from 1918 by Albert Laprade, followed by Auguste Cadet and Edmond Brion, the Habous district reinterprets the traditional medina: arcaded lanes, planted squares, zellige and carved wood.

A distinctive heritage area made up mostly of shops and houses with character, few of which come onto the market.
