Overview
On Boulevard Idriss Ier, formerly Boulevard Bonaparte, the building was built in 1932 by the architect Marius Boyer as the factory of Morocco’s tobacco monopoly.
Extra storeys were added in 1948 by the architect Edmond Brion.
