Overview

Built in 1929 by Marius Boyer, the Lévy-Bendayan building breaks with the continuous street front: its façades step back in successive setbacks to form four open courtyards. This layout brings light into every room of the forty-five flats, served by a circular staircase. The entrance, on Rue Ferhat Hachad, is reached up marble-panelled steps. Two towers, linked at the fifth and sixth floors by a footbridge, overlook the junction with Boulevard Lalla Yacout.
