Overview
The former city hall was built from 1927 to 1936 by Marius Boyer on the administrative square, today's Place Mohammed V. Its tall clock tower is a landmark of the city centre. Boyer used one of his favourite devices: smooth white render contrasting with rough brown ornament, notably around the windows. The building now houses the Wilaya of the Casablanca-Settat region.
